Tiffany McCaffrey of Hays, Kansas was crowned Miss Rodeo Kansas 2020 on August 2nd, 2019 during the Dodge City Roundup Rodeo. She is the 25-year-old daughter of Terry and Jackie McCaffrey. Tiffany is a 2019 graduate of Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism & Hospitality. Tiffany has interned with the City of Hays Convention & Visitors Bureau to help market events and businesses in Hays and currently uses her degree in the Food & Beverage Industry. She was a member of 4-H for 14 years with projects in sheep, pigs, scrapbooking and ceramics. During her years as a college student, she was a member of Sigma Alpha, a professional agricultural sorority and the FHSU Rodeo club holding offices in both organizations. In her spare time, she enjoys baking up sweet treats in the kitchen, crocheting blankets for loved ones and spending time at the local coffee shop enjoying her favorite espresso drinks.
During her reign as Miss Rodeo Kansas, Tiffany is excited to promote the sport of rodeo and agriculture to all ages. She also wishes to highlight her platform “Be Fearlessly Authentic.” This idea encourages everyone to be genuine, no matter what happens in life and to face adversity head first with undisputed passion and be nothing less than yourself. Due to the impacts of Covid-19, Tiffany will continue her reign as Miss Rodeo Kansas 2021 and will compete for Miss Rodeo America in December 2021 at the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo.
