2020 MRK Queen Contestant
Tiffany McCaffrey is the 23-year-old daughter of Terry and Jackie McCaffrey. She grew up on a farm and ranch, raising bottle calves, participating in 4-H and was an active FFA member. Agriculture is rooted deep in Tiffany’s heritage with five generations operating the family farm with ties tracing back to Seneca, KS. She calls Hays, Kansas home where she recently graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism & Hospitality. In her time as an active student on campus, she was involved in several organizations that helped inspire Tiffany to dream big and be fearlessly authentic. She was a member of Sigma Alpha, a professional agriculture sorority and the FHSU Rodeo Team. She held numerous officer positions within both organizations including Sigma Alpha President, Rodeo Club Treasurer and Secretary. Tiffany also had the honor to represent the FHSU Rodeo Team as the 2018 Miss Rodeo Fort Hays State. In her spare time, she enjoys entertaining her 3 nephews, baking up new recipes in the kitchen and engaging in personal development activities. She is currently employed with the Hays Convention & Visitors Bureau where she assists in event planning and marketing for the City of Hays. Tiffany hopes to use her platform as an agriculture advocate to ensure the western way of life remains authentic while incorporating her passion of service for others. |

Cadence Dickey is the 15 year old daughter of Bill and Chelsea Werth and calls Munjor KS home. Cadence is an active member in 4-h and FFA, where she shows horses, goats, chickens, and rabbits. Cadence will be a sophomore at Hays High School where she is on the Dance team, Color guard team, plays volleyball and participates in track. Cadence would like to say thank you to her family for being her number one supporters and pushing her to do her absolute best. |
Katie Welsh is the 16 year old daughter of Matthew and Beth Welsh. Where the buffalo roam is where she calls home in Meade, Kansas. Also home of the Dalton Gang Hideout. Katie will be a junior this fall at Meade High School, where she is involved in cross country, basketball, track, skills and M-Club. She is also on the honor roll. After high school Katie plans to pursue a career as a Veterinarian. Her love for the Ag industry, started when she was a member of her local 4-H club. However it did not take her long to find the rodeo world. Rodeo has always been a big part of her life. She was 3 days old when she attended her first rodeo and a week old when she rode her first horse. Katie started competing in horse events at the age of 5. Not so much for the prizes but for the pure adrenaline rush. On a daily basis, Katie looks at life as if it were bull riding. For it takes you on so many twists, turns and jumps, you just have to hang on for the ride of your life.

2020 MRK Pageant Judges
Raylah Holm - Ellensburg, WA
Raylah Holm has been involved with rodeo and rodeo queens since 1973. She currently lives in Ellensburg, WA with her husband, Dennis and enjoys living close to her twin 17-year old grandchildren. Raylah is no stranger to the rodeo arena. She was an active competitor and member of the Girls Northwest Rodeo Association in the 1970’s. She also competed in Hunter Jumper, Saddle Seat and Side Saddle competitions while in college. Raylah holds a Gold PRCA timer’s card and a Gold membership with Miss Rodeo America, Inc. Along with competing in rodeos and horseshows, Raylah is the mother of 1994 Miss Rodeo Washington. In 2015, she volunteered to re-ignite the Rodeo Queen program in Alaska that had been dormant since about 1999. The program has grown since then and now offers educational scholarships to all title holders. Raylah has judged many contests over the years including six state pageant and the National High School Finals. She has seen, first hand, the value programs like the Miss Rodeo Kansas Pageant can offer young women across the country. She congratulates each of the contestants for taking the step to compete and reach for their goals. |
Gina Osentowski - Hemingford, NE
Gina Osentowski is from Hemingford, Nebraska where she grew up on her families 5th generation farming and cow/calf operation. Gina attended college at South Dakota State University as a member of the NCAA Division 1 Equestrian Team. She completed her Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Black Hills State University and and recieved her Masters degree in PK-12 Reading from the University of Nebraska Kearney. Gina spent 3 years teaching Kindergarten in Stapleton and is currently teaching 4th grade back in her hometown of Hemingford. When not teaching she loves spending time with her brand new husband Kolt! Gina held the title of Miss Rodeo Nebraska in 2014, winning five categories at the Miss Rodeo Nebraska pageant. She went on to be a Top 10 Finalist at the Miss Rodeo America pageant. Gina is now a member of the Miss Rodeo America National Advisory Council and Co-Chairman of the Miss Rodeo America Coronation. |
Casy Winn - Westmoreland, KS
Casy grew up in Nephi, Utah working on the family horse and cattle ranch. Upon graduation from Utah State University in 1993, he began a teaching and coaching career in Lake Los Angeles, California, then to Duchesne County Utah, and eventually to his hometown at Juab High School. In High school Casy was actively involved in 4-H, FFA, wrestling, and rodeo. He was the 1981 Juab County Beef Carcass Contest winner, 1982 Utah state 4-H champion horseman, 1984 state champion FFA individual soil judge, on the 1985 region champion wrestling team, and a 1985 NHSRA national finals qualifier in the bullriding. He also served on the 4-H youth council, FFA officer team, and in leadership positions with his church youth group. At Utah State University, Casy was a member of the rodeo team, twice earning a year-end 3rd place position in the bullriding and finishing among the top 10 team ropers. Casy also competed in open and professional events, earning reserve champion in the RMRA bullriding in 1988. Casy taught Science and coached wrestling for 21 years. Casy along with his wife Wendy and their children Dixon, Shad, and KyLeigh spend their time training horses, practicing for, and competing in rodeos. They own Winn Rodeo Livestock raising rodeo cattle and training horses. Along with this they have produced, managed, and contracted stock for several junior rodeo associations. Casy served as the director for the Utah State 5th and under Rodeo Association and on the UHSRA livestock committee. He has also judged Jr. High, High school, and open rodeos. Casy joined Kansas State University in the summer of 2015 as the Head Rodeo Coach and Equine Instructor, teaching horse training and management classes along with an Equine Events management class. He is currently serving as a director on the KHSRA board, on The Day of Cowboy committee for the Flint Hills Discovery Center, and helps with Kaw Valley Rodeo. |
